I am being charged hundreds of dollars per month although the product has been removed a while ago!!!
Please look into this matter and provide contact informations! This is an urgent matter.
We too are being billed for products that have been removed OVER 5 months ago. I contacted support before this new support area was setup with no resolution.
We tracked down two sites offering the outdated feeds www.racecarpartysupplies.com and www.napkinholders.net both run by the same company. There are more but I'm unable to locate them.
Our frustration of not getting any support on this matter is also likely to drive us to abandon Shopping.com as well.
If you have questions pertaining to billing, please use the account optimization forum.
To address these questions, if you have products that are remaining on site for a prolonged period after updating, there are two avenues you can investigate before requesting our assistance.
1> You can use the Product Performance Report to view products that you're receiving clicks on our site as well as on your site. Make sure that you see other products in your inventory being updated. If you can't find any other products being updated, the issue could be caused by improperly updating your feed file. Use the tutorial located next to the "Add or Update Products" link in the CPC Program tab of the Merchant Account Center to re-upload your updated file.
2> If you could not resolve your issue using step one, try to find the negligent product on our site. If it is not visible on our site, than a publisher/SDC partner may inadvertently holding old versions of your products on their site. Since they take their updates from our system rather than holding your feed on their system, errors can occur during synchronizations.
Please pause your account and use the "Submit an Issue" feature in the knowledge base for further assistance. Pausing your account will serve as an indicator we can use to determine when you noticed the issue and or when the issue occurred, which can be used for compensation purposes later. It will also prevent you from receiving additional charges due to the error.
Well, Shopping.com AND all of it's publisher/SDC partners should make it a TOP PRIORITY to replace the merchant's ENTIRE old feed with any new feed the merchant has uploaded!
