New Account - cannot get products live

  1. How do I get my products live. It appears that I have setup everything. I have products in the CPC Program OVerview showing categorzied correctly.

    I submitted a ticket before the help center was changed - never heard back.

    I need to get these products live - I have $700 tied up.

    The error message I have on my account: .
    Your account is not live! Not Live - Registration in Progress - Please complete action items below

    But it is not obviuos where the error is to fix.

    PLEASE HELP.

    You will need to contact our finance department in order to have your account and your identity verified. This merchant verification process has been installed in order to reduce the amount of fraudulent accounts that detract from our ability to serve you as a legitimate customer.

    If you have enrolled within 1 buisness week, someone from our finance or support team will be making an attempt to contact you soon. If you have not yet heard from Shopping.com and it has been beyond 2 weeks, please call: 1-800 840-6574.

    I must empathize with equestriancoll. I'm having the same problem. It is a complete mystery what the action items are that need to be completed. very frustrating.

    Send an e-mail, no response. Call...customer service not available. Check online support forum... invalid link to expedite this process. Contact us... just arrive to the stupid forum agian.
    this is very frustrating and time consuming.

    I don't know what else I can do to get my products live. This is the worst service I've ever seen.
    I have $700 tied up. Where is the money?
    This is very frustrating. I sent emails, I left a message but none response so far!!
    Please take this message seriously. You withdrew $ 700 from my account and you should deliver your services.
    Please put my products live urgently.

    I agree this is quite rediculous. I cannot get my products live, and there is not way to contact live support. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    having trouble going live. Called the 800 as requested left all info still not gone live.
    We have done this twice since 7/30/08.

    "As part of the verification process for New Merchant Enrollments, it is a requirement that your account be screened before it is set live. Please call The Merchant Verification line at 1-800-840-XXXX and be prepared to present your account's contact name, your business name and billing address, as well as your account number or merchant ID.

    24 hours after this information is received, your account will go live. If you are calling after 5pm PST on a Friday, please wait until noon of the next business day."

    Well, now my products are LIVE!!! but those are not my products. It's not my price..... does any body had the same problems..... for example.... Rocky Patel Decade Lonsdale, my price is 159. and it shows 181.

    Cigar Place has always a better price!!!

    Come on. What's wrong with you guys.....

    I am here again. I have several tickets and I have not ear from anybody. This is my ticket no: 00172948

    Yesterday I finally saw my products. They are listed incorrectly. The prices are sooooo high that I don't think nobody will ever look at my site. But, they said somebody did I my account was charge 2.00 or so. The funny part is that I don't see any link from Shoopping.com on my Reports....

    In the mind time I continue to wait for somebody to call me. My phone number is 954-364-7660....

    We are also having the same issue. We paid the $700 and our account is still not live. I called the 800 number and left a message days ago but no one has called back.

    Your customer service STINKS!!! You make it VERY hard to get a hold of your company! My guess is you are either NOT a real company, or you just have no idea how to provide customer service.

    Everybody listen up if paid for somthing and did- not get it you can dispute the charges with your credit card company,the'll issue you a chargeback for none service,it;'s that simple

    Don't make them active you will be ripped off, like the rest of us, lot's of clicks charged and no traffic to your site. I had 188 clicks in one day and my tracking software showed one actual visit from shopping.com....BEWARE DON"T use this site....
