I embedded the ROI code into my site after the checkout is successful. But in the shopping.com merchant account report. There is no conversion data available. I only sent 3 fields which are merchant_id, order_id, order_amt. The rest I leave blank. Do they matter?? Please advise.
Let's wait about 2-5 days. Our ROI tracker skims data from your site to ours, but our site takes a bit of time pooling that data with your account's overall click data and then posting it to site.
Those are the standard 3 fields to send; once our system starts populating data received by your ROI code, you will find that the banner stating "Add our ROI tracker, FREE!" will disappear from your reporting tab overview page and be replaced by an overview of your performance of these 3 metrics.

I did add the ROI tracker into my site since last 2 months. Still, the conversion percentage remains 0.00% in the report and I am quite sure that there is someone buying after linking to our site ( based on another tracker tool) . Please find out what happen....

If the ROI tracker shows zeros for all data points where the “Add Our ROI Tracker” Advertisement once was, then there is most likely a variable collision on your confirmation page.
A variable collision is created by multiple ROI tracker pixel code installations. When you use the same variable names in other ROI trackers as well as the Shopping.com ROI tracker, it will cause this collision which will cause our track to fail. To resolve this problem, you can choose to add the ROI tracker with no variables at all by leaving the ‘PUT_YOUR_DATA_HERE’ placeholders unaltered, or by creating new unique variables.
