I have been submitting a feed for about a year now with no problem. Now, all of a sudden the majority of my products are being rejected. When I look at the reason for rejection, all it says is:

No available information
Had the same problem. Of course they don't have anyone working at shopping.com so they can't fix the problem. It does appear that it is related to .csv uploads. Try doing an upload in excel or text.
Oh, by the way ... this started to happen a few weeks ago. It was working fine for last several months, but all of a sudden 99% of my products are rejected without any valid reasons.

We are having the same issue. i have over 300 items that have been rejected with no information why. Its impossible to contact anyone about this issue. I also have another problem iv come across, our "need attention" im unable to move our items into the correct section, but has been saying for months now "The Manual Mapping Tool is temporarily disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience." If anyone can help let me know i know we are all on the same boat here.

We are also having the same problem; but, unlike you, we are a new merchant. Were you able to find out the reason for this?

We have the same problem, with .CSV and .TXT file formats. Is there a contact number where we can call shopping.com? It's very disturbing.

Same here. 100% of my products are rejected for no reason. I need to get back all deposit.... But how?
