IS THERE A PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK LIVE WITH SOMEONE?

  1. This process could not be more frustrating. Everytime I try to select help on an issue, I'm sent to the infamous "Knowledge Base/Support Forum", which I then spend hours unsuccessfully trying to get an answer on how to fix my problem. I've also sent a Support Ticket days ago and have not heard back from anyone.

    Am I alone here? Is this a scam? What is going on? I sent $100 to a company and I think I at least deserve to speak with someone live on the phone instead of constantly being redirected to a "help topic web page".

    Is anyone else having the same problem???

    Currently, we do not offer telephone support. Due to the large number of new enrolls and limited resources, we suggest that merchants try out Shopping.com's services on their own. If you are satisfied with our system and our advertising service and we find that your campaign becomes successful, we will assign you with a dedicated account manager to increase your campaign performance even further. The 100 dollar enrollment fee acts as your required advertising budget to ensure that your account remains live for at least a month. Please keep in mind that if you decide to terminate, you will be refunded back any of this fee that is unused.
