Every time I go to try and map my products to the right category I get the message "Your products that need attention in Miscellaneous. The Manual Mapping Tool is temporarily disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience." When is the mapping tool going to be fixed?
Yes, I too need to know when this is going to be fixed - shopping.com can't just blantantly screw people over and charge them $700 for something that dosent work!
it appears they can... 3 months later, the "Temporary disabled" is still there. i know we can report them on the internet scams... if i don't get a response soon, i'm going to contact VISA and get my money back and report them on SCAM ALERT.
this is unacceptable... all i'm asking is just do what you're supposed to do. properly categorize my book instead of dumping it in "Miscellaneous".
Have received this notice w/ what seems to be no solution after, apparently, months of requests. Need to know what Shopping.com's solution is to this issue. Our items are seasonal and must go live NOW. If this is not possible then we need to know so other arrangements can be made.
