Now that we are looking to get it up and running again (the account is not live), there is a notification saying that "Shopping.com could not accept your credit card. Please contact customer support." There is nothing wrong with the credit card information in the account!
Now, getting a response from customer support at Shopping.com is looking to be quite an endeavor. Has anyone paused their account and then tried to reactivate it - only to see that there is a "problem" with the credit card?

They have asked me to do some changes on my site in order to live, I did and sent them a notice, but then no one has ever get back to me...Not even an auto-reply saying that we have received your email and your request is under process...I feel like talking to the air.

after 1 week I GET:
my account status :Your account is not live! Terminated
Why Terminated? What does it mean?
My products were not showed even on shopping web site, and after 1 week account terminated?
Have writeen 3 tickets - NO REPLY - NO product listing - nothing!
Or you acctivate my account and show my products on the web site, or refund all my money if not in a week I will put a dispute with my back and ask for charge back!

Shopping.com has the worst support EVER. I have asked them to call me many time but they don't. Why is my account not running any ads yet and I have given them $100, does anyone know if there is a scam going on here?
I think this could be a scam, I have called and left messages for random extensions but not one person has got back to me. I hope this is not a SCAM.
I feel you guys! What a pain! It's always a bad sign when a company like this offers no live support. I mean, at least some text-based im live support would be great! It's not that hard! I even offer it on my little site.
I spent hours getting the feed to work (having to learn that all), and then I upload my products, and it shows the same thing. Frustrating, as if I had time to waste to begin with.
I'm having the same issues... I have uploaded a feed, funded my account and suddenly it's terminated. I'm on my second support ticket and still no response.... I think we should all send mass complaints to the BBB.

FINALLY!!! I received replies back to both of my open support tickets. They have informed me my products will be live tomorrow.
