Problem with billing and clicks

  1. On friday the 6th or 7th I added a payment of $100.00 to reativate my listings.
Within 24hrs $65 was gone and 188 clicks. and my account was suspended again.
According to my logs, we had 1 visit from shopping.com during this period of three days.
When my account became active again all of my bids were not what they were before adding the money. Your system stole my whole month budget in less than 24hrs.
I believe this to be a rip off, my google analytics shows only one visit from shopping.com in three days.
I think you need to refund my money and delete my account. I can't find any place to delete my account or ask for refund of clicks I never received. I have a daily spending limit as well as monthly and it was not followed by your system. I am a small business owner and can't afford for your system to keep ripping me off for no traffic.
I want quality clicks that convert to sales not jammed with junk from overseas. I set my geo and it is not being followed. When I was with ebay prostores it worked fine but now your system is ripping me off in less than 7 days all my monthly budget is gone. When you had the pay per sale with prostores I liked that Idea, never got any clicks or sales but better than this crap here.

Please contact me asap about this matter. I am trying to do business with you but I guess your system is set to rip people off......
You don't even provide a phone number to contact you....

The fact that you recorded only 1 visit from shopping.com but were billed for 188 clicks may be because shopping.com "work" with other websites that instigate clicks. In our experience, the vast majority (if not all) of the clicks received from these sites (we have explicit experience with www.cascadecompare.co.uk & www.searchchief.co.uk) are fraudulent. The click routines & page views follow textbook fraud patterns.

Shopping.com (predictably) claims these are genuine clicks, but, If their systems can't recognize the blatant abuses as we have seen, it seems extremely unlikely they would ever identify any fraud - even if they tried.

You might wish to follow this link, which I was able to find after a few minutes research: http://www.extracashback.com/Daily-Clicks/Cascade-Compare-Daily-Click.html - apparently, some people make a living from OUR money.

We have removed our products from shopping.com & don't intend to advertise with them again.

We spend over £60,000 each year on internet advertising & are therefore vulnerable fraudulent activity. It's fundamental that we have total confidence in our advertising partner’s ability to protect us from these attacks. We do not have any confidence that shopping.com are interested in protecting us.

We have wasted money with shopping .com in the last few days, but we won't waste any more.

    Is anybody else disillusioned?
