Last week we switched to new feed and changed feed file path and name. Our dashboard shows that our feed is being received successfully but only 29 of 2293 products have been processed. We don't know why's that and how to fix our feed since we already strictly followed your specs file to create the feed. Getting worse, this morning we just found out that prices of those 29 products listed on your site are totally wrong. We double-checked our feed and have no idea where your system gets those numbers from. To try to fix the problems, this morning I upload a new feed and redefined fields in the feed. Right now it shows new feed has been successfully updated, 2293 submitted, 1 unchanged, 28 changed, 2264 new. I have no idea whether the new feed will work and prices of alive products are still wrong. Could anyone give me some clues on how to fix it?
