How does a store qualify to be a Shopping.com "Trusted Store"?
In order to become a "Trusted Store" you must meet several criteria.
The requirements are as follows:
- Must be a live Shopping.com merchant for at least 1 year
- Received at least 60 consumer reviews with an average rating of 4.1
- Implement Shopping.com surveys
- Provide your store logo to be reflected in our Merchant Directory
- Configure tax and shipping
- Include stock availability, condition, and product images
- Complete store information page
- Honor prices listed on site
- Promptly process orders
- Send email confirmations to shoppers on all orders
