How do I terminate my campaign on Shopping.com?

If you wish you cancel your service with is, below are the steps to request the termination of your account.  If you want to go live after having terminated your account, please submit a request via a support ticket to a Merchant Support agent by navigating to the Knowledge Base and clicking "submit a new Support Ticket," located in the second paragraph.

Please go to the Help tab to submit a case to terminate your account.  Since there is typically a 2 day delay time for all support requests, you will need to deactivate your listings in the meantime.  There are two ways to achieve the same desired result:

Bid Zero Dollars:
1. Log into the Merchant Account Center
2. Click on the CPC program tab
3. Click on Bidding Info
4. Set your bids to $0.00 for all the categories in which you have listings

Pause your Campaign:
1. Log into the Merchant Account Center
2. Click on the "Account info" tab
3. Click on the "Pause account" link
4. Select a date range to pause your account (Note that the time is Eastern Daylight Time)

You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming the termination of your account. If there is a balance in your account, we will refund that balance to the credit card we have on file.  Pausing the campaign will be more efficient and effective but zero bidding is also an option.
