When will my account be live?

Shopping.com uses a manual screening process before any new merchant can launch on Shopping.com. This is to ensure that offer products from merchants with the highest level of trust, quality and correctness.

New Merchants

If you are a newly enrolled merchant on Shopping.com and have already added your products and funded your account.  Your account status should now read "Not Live - Under Review'.  There is no need to contact us. Your account will be evaluated by a Shopping.com representative before it will be set live.  This process usually takes approximately 2 business days to complete. You will receive an automated notification from us when your account is set "Live". Should we require additional information we will contact you directly.

If you have added products and funds and your account status still remains "Not Live - Registration in Progress", there may have been an issue processing your feed file. If that's the case, please submit a ticket by accessing the "Help" tab via the interface, navigate to the "Contact Us" section and click on "Submit Online Ticket".  One of our technical support representatives will investigate. 

Checking Account Status

To check your account status click on the "Account Info" tab and within the "Account Information" section look for "CPC Program Status" it should indicate in what phase of the enrollment process your account is currently in.
