What do the display reasons mean in the Merchant Account Center?
Here are some of the display reasons that you may see in the Merchant Account Center:
Not Live - Registration in Progress:
This status is used when you have NOT completed all of the necessary steps to go live, including providing billing information or valid product information. Please complete pending action items detailed in the Merchant Account Center, or contact Merchant Support for further guidance.
Not Live - Unpaid Invoices:
After these invoices are paid, contact us by submitting a case to get live.
Not Live - Reached Budget:
This status is used when you have reached your budget. You will need to increase your monthly budget via the "Account info" tab in the Merchant Account Center or from the "Overview" tab in the "billing information section".
Not Live - Technical Problems:
This status is used specifically for problems with your feed. Our system may have had trouble processing your feed, or our support team may have noticed hat your feed needs to be corrected. Contact us by submitting a case to get live.
Not Live - Credit Card Rejected:
Please contact your credit card company to ensure there are no alerts on their end. If you wish to change your credit card information you can do so via the "Account Info" tab in the Merchant Account Center
Not Live - Zero Balance:
Add money to your account to reactivate your listings onsite from the "Overview" tab of the Merchant Account Center.
Not Live - Account Under Review:
After you have completed all necessary steps, this status is used to inform you of our merchant verification process. Someone from Shopping.com will be in contact with you shortly.
Not - Live Inactive:
You had previously chosen to pause the account. To reactivate please navigate to the "Account Info tab" then to "Pause Account" link--> and click on "Account Now"
Not - Live Terminated
Your account has been closed. To reactivate, please submit a ticket via the Help tab of the Merchant Account Center.
Live - Launch
Your account is live and your listings should be appearing on our entire network site.
